PROJECT: Revive Isotonic ‘Real Time Rev-Up’

DESCRIPTION: Revive wanted to a way to Rev-Up the bored and sad people in Kuala Lumpur.

CHALLENGE: We had to do something that was going to get noticed and talked about.

SOLUTION: When people are having a bad day, they complain. And they complain on social media, namely Twitter. So we created the Revive Rev-Up Crew. The Rev-Up Crew scoured Twitter for tweets coming from Kuala Lumpur complaining about their day and surprised them by offering to help out.

Once the tweeters confirmed their location, our on-ground team rushed to the store to buy whatever was needed to Rev them Up and race to their location as fast as they could, fighting through Kuala Lumpur’s many traffic jams.

RESULT:Some very happy recipients of a Rev’d Up day, hundreds of tweets about Revive and millions of impressions. Sometimes it took as little as treating lunch or free movie vouchers and we even went as far to send someone to the Arsenal vs. Malaysia football match and send someone’s family to Sunway Lagoon. Rev-Ups come in many shapes and sizes!
