CHALLENGE: There was an economic recession and consumer spending was at a low. People had stopped buying the Mutiara Bukit Jalil property.

SOLUTION: Highlighting the benefit of Larger Homes for Larger Families in an entertaining and engaging manner (in this case creating a targeted newspaper insert which looked like a newspaper article) was all that was needed to capture the attention and hearts of potential buyers in a market full of property ads.

RESULTS: All available units were successfully sold in one weekend. Furthermore there was a waiting list of potential buyers just in case some buyers could not proceed with their purchase. We cancelled the other planned communications – delivering a savings to the client – but we were extremely happy with that.
