How do you claim something before it's stolen?

This was the casual brief we were given to us. Parties have taken our Malaysian food and branded it so that internationally It now belongs to someone else.  We created a name and brand with plenty of references to Malaysia to make sure that our beloved Roti Canai doesn't share the same fate.
